Purpose of the role: Products Administrator:


Reporting to our Product Development Manager; the main purpose of this role is to support Product Management ensuring Nouveau Lashes product administration is up to date, with a specific focus on product testing procedures.

We are a growing brand and have just had our most successful year to date! This role will be a brand-new addition to the team to support this growth. 


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Product Testing Set up; Set up of all samples and ensure paperwork is trial testing ready
  • Product Testing Monitoring; Follow up on dates of testing, ensuring the technicians and models are aware of their requirements, and chasing feedback
  • Product Testing Results: Collating all results and sending these to Product Manager for analysis
  • Working with the Product Manager on any product related administrative tasks as required
  • Documenting all samples where they have been sent with dates technician have received
  • Follow up call sheet documenting contact time and details of follow up
  • Planner with testing dates for each technician
  • Monitor sheet of testing dates, submissions dates and completion dates
  • Booking time on PM calendar for in-salon visits
  • Full submission results with photos to be submitted within 1 week after trials complete
  • Document of sending incentives to technicians and models once complete
  • Summary and documentation of PIF files
  • CRM returns to be done within 24 hours after QC checks

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Committed to maintaining high levels of consistency and attention to detail
  • Extremely well organised, able to structure time effectively
  • Build trust, values others, develops relationships and demonstrates high integrity
  • IT Literate, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular excel
