Purpose of Role:
To manage, maintain, populate and report on all our brand social media channels. Led by the Content Manager and in line with our brand strategy, the Content & Social Exec will be responsible for representing Nouveau Beauty Group & KB Pro online.
They will monitor all incoming and schedule all outgoing communication with, and about, our brand across all channels (including Social) and wider online reach.
They will also assist the Content Manager in ensuring the tone of voice and presentation of all content is inline with brand specifications and company strategy.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
This role is pivotal to ensure the Nouveau Beauty Group & KB Pro brands look and feel, values and personality, goals and aims are best represented though all content mediums. Working with the Content Manager, the results should be increased open and click through rates on e-shots, higher levels of brand engagement measured through our web and social media stats leading to an overall direct correlation to our increase in sales from each of these initiatives.
The key AOBs can be found below;
Input into annual content plan in line with industry events and business campaigns and launches. Working with the wider team to deliver this plan through all channels.
Assist in management of social media channels – ensure regular engaging content is planned effectively and executed. Assistance with website content – ensuring it is search engine optimised, engaging and relevant to the audience. Supporting the Sales team and working closely with the Marketing team to provide salon sales support materials. Regular review of all channels to ensure engagement remains high – changing this is needed to align with the industry and changes to platforms. Ensuring the call to action is what is required (driving traffic / brand awareness / support) and being adaptable to recognise and change / improve underperforming strategies.
