Purpose of Role:
To research, develop, and cascade meaningful and relevant content across all mediums and channels to engage with all Nouveau Beauty Group & K.B Pro’s key audiences with a view to communicating our business messages effectively in line with our tone of voice and business objectives.
This combines B2B & B2C content messaging.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
This role is pivotal to ensure the Nouveau Beauty Group & K.B Pro brands look and feel, values and personality, goals and aims are best represented though all content mediums. The results should be increased open and click through rates on e-shots, higher levels of brand engagement measured through our web and social media stats leading to an overall direct correlation to our increase in sales from each of these initiatives.
The key areas of responsibility can be found below;
Work with the Strategy Consultant to deliver the communication plan content in line with industry events and business campaigns and launches. Working with the wider team to deliver this plan through all channels. Responsibility of ensuring the wider marketing team and department heads are bought into this.
Management of communications through social media channels – ensure regular engaging content is planned effectively and disseminated. Regular review of all channels to ensure engagement remains high – changing this is needed to align with the industry and changes to platforms. Ensuring the call to action is what is required (driving traffic / brand awareness / support) and being adaptable to recognise and change / improve underperforming strategies.
Working with the Marketing department to develop the annual budget for all of the above, to then ensure each campaign is delivered on time and on budget. Pushing for the best costs for every aspect of the campaign to ensure costs are kept low yet work is still delivered at a high standard.
Campaign Design & Development
Ownership of regular new brand campaigns (both trade and consumer, for all channels – salon, web and social) – including development, approval, production and deployment, ensuring they are updated in line with the seasons and overall marketing plan. Roll-out of tactical, product launch and promo campaigns to drive revenue and support the company in hitting forecasts. Management of cascade of all campaigns ensuring wider company buy in and customer take up.
