An of exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Client Services Specialist to join our expanding company and industry leading beauty brand for a 12 months contract.

Purpose of the role

The main purpose of this role is to assist in the day-to-day running of the Karen Betts Professional brand, driving sales and customer service.

This will include coordinating Karen Betts’ diary and the diaries of all the Elite Technicians within the Karen Betts Professional team. The role will report and provide assistance / support to the Client Services Team Leader. The Company operates to the highest standards of service and excellence, and this small team is the first port of call and face of Karen Betts Professional so a professional approach is paramount in all customer interactions.

This role is essential to make sure we are hitting our monthly targets and boosting out outbound activity. There is an administrative element, ensuring any / all tasks are completed in time ready for each clinic.


  • Outbound activity (calls, emails & Livechats) to ensure targets are met for Karen Betts Professional
  • Dealing with all inbound enquiries and upselling where possible
  • Customer service – making sure clients are happy with their treatment, booking them in for their follow up appointments and dealing with complaints
  • Assist with administration of Karen Betts’ and Elite team, databasing when files return from clinic
  • Monitor and report on stock levels at all locations
  • Provide day to day client care and assistance for Karen Betts Professional& K.B Pro model department and achieve any agreed KPIs
  • Supporting the marketing of Karen Betts Professional arm of our business
  • Deliver Service Excellence and be there for our customers and each other
  • Ensuring all data captured accordingly in line with agreed procedures and CRM systems
  • To develop product knowledge and skills through personal development/ coaching and be aware of any business change, aware of our industry and competitors.

Our ideal person

  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple ongoing tasks, time management and organisational skills
  • Ideally have an interest in Beauty and Fashion and are looking to work in a busy environment where the support they bring will make a difference to the overall growth and success of each market
  • We deal with various clients so the successful person will need to be able to show empathy and be comfortable with difficult conversations
